  • About My Order Of Temporary Tattoos

1. How Can I Apply the Tattoos?

- Clean your skin

- Carefully remove white backing paper from stencil

- Remove the tattoo cover

- Place the tattoo face down on the skin

- Apply henna body paint/ Airbrush Painting, Glitter tattoo, Pigments to skin showing through the stencil

- Let dry according to paint instructions

- Wait for 30 seconds and remove the backing paper carefully

- Allow the tattoo to dry and you are all set


2. How Can I Remove the Tattoos?

- Dab tattoo with rubbing alcohol, baby oil, or makeup cleanser.

- Wait for 10 seconds, then rub the tattoo gently and repeatedly until it is removed.

3. How Can I Keep the Tattoos for a Longer Time?

Usually, temporary tattoos can stay on the skin for 3-7 days, depending on the body parts you use. 

And these semi-permanent tattoos can last for 7-15 days. If you want to keep the fake tattoos a little longer, place them in body parts without much skin contact, such as your arms, waist, or feet. Also, keep the tattoo clean and stay away from sweat or other products that contain oil or alcohol. 

4. Are the Temporary Tattoos Safe to Use?

Yes. All of the tattoo stickers are tested safe on the skin. But do stop using when you see something wrong.

5. Is it Safe for My Kids to Use?

Yes, it is safe. But please keep the tattoo stickers only for kids over 3 years old and under the supervision of an adult.

6. Is the Tattoo Stickers Truly Waterproof?

Yes, they are. But if you scrub too much with a lot of pressure, the stickers will fade slightly and may be removed.

7. Can I Use the Tattoos When I am Pregnant?

It is tested safe for the skin but we don't recommend our customers to use it.

8. Is it Hurt to Use Tattoo Stickers?

No, it is not. Follow the user guide to apply on the skin and it is easy and painless.

9. How Long Can the Tattoo Stickers Last?

For temporary tattoos, it can last for 3-7 days and 7-15 days for semi-permanent tattoos.

13. How do I know That My Order Has Been Successfully Submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

We only accept Paypal now and we are preparing for more payment gateway.

When purchasing online using your Paypal, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. 

Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our Paypal's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your Paypal information is not stored on our servers.

PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, you may click on the “PayPal” button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in the correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing.

17. Are There Any Exchange Rates?

All of our transactions are based on US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

18. When Can I Expect to Receive My Shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive between 7-15 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.

19. How Can I Track My Order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order on our website.

20. Which Countries Do You Ship to?

Currently, we do ship worldwide. But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make the necessary changes to your order. To know more about our destination listings, contact us at sales@dididiker.com.

21. What If There Are Items Missing or Incorrect Products When I Receive My Order?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at sales@dididiker.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! You may keep it as a gift from us.

22.  I Would Like to Change the Items Ordered.  What Should I do?

Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day from the order being placed. You may contact us via sales@dididiker.com to request for change.

23. How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via sales@dididiker.com to request such changes.

24. What is Your Return & Exchange Policy?
