Design Details

1). Double sided same design

-Our option for the same design on both sides means that the back side will be mirrored. If your need same design on both sides, just uplode one design.

2). Double sided different design

-Different design for double side, please separate the layer ( front and back) . If the colors on the front and back are one shade darker than the other, or if there are prominent colored lines, the pattern on the other side may be visible through the light.

3). Notice for designs with words

File Reguirements

-File requirements:

1). The artwork file requires 300 resolution and 1000 pixels or more, CMYK color mode (if you upload RGB color mode files, the color of the final products will be lighter than expected).

And the vector original manuscript is recommanded.

The best file to upload is PNG transparent background or PSD format.

-Muti files and Accessories:

1). lf you want to upload multiple files, or you want to attach different accessories for eachdesign, you can rename them by file name + quantity + accessory no.

(e.g.Artworkname + 10pcs + #17) and upload them. Or you can put them in one Compressed file, and upload them together.

-Warm Tips:

1). If there are problems with the files you upload, we will contact you to modify it.

2). Only need to upload the original design. Our designers will make the cutlines and the holes for you for free~

· We'll send you the proofs in 48 hours after you place your orders.
· The proof will be auto-approved in 48 hours so please don't forget to check it!

3). The default hole location is directly above the design. If the hole location needs to be placed in other positions, please leave a message or mark in the design. If there are hole position requirements or more than 5 orders, we will confirm the outline with you through email. The others will be arranged to do the goods directly. If you have any problems with the products, please feel free to contact us, we will try our best to solve them.

4). The size includes the borders and holes and it depends on the longest side.

Step 2: Choose Additional Techniques

Please note that we determine the size of the product based on the longest side ofyour design, the size includes the transparent edges and keyhole by default. lf youwant the design without transparent edges, please contact us or note in the order.

Step 4: Choose Accessories

If the accessory you want is not listed in our options, please contact us by email sales@dididiker.com or click Livechat in the right corner.

Step 5: Click'UPLOAD FILE' button

lf you want to upload multiple files, or you want to attach different accessories for eachdesign, you can rename them by file name + quantity + accessory no.

lf you want to leave notes for this order, please enter your notes in the box.

Step 6: Enter Quantity

You can upload different designs for one purchase. Please rename your file asmentioned in the previous step.

Step 7: Click Add to Cart button

Check the order details and files you uploaded.

Step 8: Proceed to Checkout

We will send you a proof in 48 hours, lf you want to change anything, please reject theproof in 72 hours, otherwise the proof will be automatically accepted by the system.

Step 10: Wait for the production and receive the package!

①Please separate the background from the design. Just uploade 2 layers of design, backgorund and design.

②For light colors, it can be very close to transparent. To avoid this problem, you can make the background color a little darker.

1). What is the production time?

Different products have different production time.
Most of our products can be produced within two weeks.
Here are the production times:
-No additional technique/holographic keychains: 3-6 business days

-Single side epoxy/glitter epoxy: 7-10 business days

-Double side epoxy/glitter epoxy: 10-14 business days

-Shakers: 7-14 business days
-Acrylic standees: 3-6 business days

-Acrylic Photocard holder: 7-10 business days

-Acrylic clip/ hair clip : 7-10 business day

-Holo badge: 7-10 business days.

2). Do I need to add cutlines with my designs?

Our designers will make the cutlines and the holes for you for free~ You do not need to add cutlineson your designs. lf you have special instrustions about cutlines, please note in theorder or upload instruction file with designs.

3). Will I get a proof before the production?

We will send you a proof before we start producing your order.You have 72 hours to communicate with us whether any modifications are needed forthe proof, and we will make revisions according to your instructions until you aresatisfied.

If there is no response within 72 hours, the proof will be automatically accepted! So please don't forget to check it!
